BWY FOUNDATION COURSE LEVEL ONE April - early September 2008 in Glastonbury. The
course will be held in Paula’s house, overlooking fields and cows.
Small, intimate group: 8max.We will make a detailed study of the
postures as well as considering the subtle and philosophical aspects of
yoga: the unchanging depth of this vast subject and the various
approaches it has weathered through the millennia and across
continents. 10 Saturdays (two a month). Course will begin 19th April

will be 10 monthly Saturday sessions. This course is suitable for
students with at least 2 year yoga experience with a suitably qualified
experienced tutor. It is designed for students who will want to deepen
their knowledge and skill of Yoga. It is also suitable for those
students who consider taking a Yoga teacher training course. The course
will include Asana Practise and analysis of posture work. Pranayama,
Meditation, Relaxation and Philosophy. There is no written home work,
but students are expected to keep a Practice Diary. Starting in September 2008 in Bromley North with Antonia Boyle and guest tutors Bob Insley and Zoë Knott. Saturdays, 10.00am – 5pm. Suitable for those wanting to deepen
their knowledge, or as a first step towards preparing for Teacher
Training. Applicants should have at least 2 years regular
